About Us

Universitas Syiah Kuala Press was launched on March 21, 1990, and was still a Foundation owned by Universitas Syiah Kuala at the time. However, along with the development and changes in the bureaucratic system at Universitas Syiah Kuala, now Universitas Syiah Kuala Press has become one of the Technical Service Units (UPT). Prof. Dr Abdullah Ali founded Universitas Syiah Kuala Press Foundation, M.Sc as Rector at that time (based on the Deed of Establishment of the Foundation Number: 197 dated March 21, 1990, at Notary Husni Usman, SH in Banda Aceh.

We are an experienced publisher of books, a professional organization of qualified and certified publishers (BNSP) capable of managing all stages of the publishing workflow.

Vision

The vision of Universitas Syiah Kuala Press is to contribute to the training and development of Universitas Syiah Kuala with all its academic and administrative activities in printing and publishing.
